PRESS CONFERENCES AND MEDIA

Project Lab offers organizing, conducting and logistic provision of inaugural and concluding press conferences, briefings and presentations for the presentation of projects, products and results.
The conference hall has a capacity of up to 80 seating. It is equipped with audio-visual equipment and offers flexible solutions for the organization of space.
THE ORGANIZATION OF MEDIA EVENTS INCLUDES:

  • Complete logistics of the event;
  • Providing 3 persons to provide logistical support in organizing the event;
  • Providing a conference room “Project Lab”;
  • Technical equipment: multimedia, screen, internet, sound system, flipchart, laptop, printer, scanner;
  • Making a list of media;
  • Media announcement;
  • Invitations to a press conference;
  • Registration of guests and participants;
  • Providing printed materials for the event;
  • Production of media kits;
  • Capture – video and photo of the event
  • Online broadcast of the event
  • Electronic distribution of press releases and photos from the event;
  • Reporting based on media monitoring after the event.
  • Coffee Breaks / Catering.
